Bit more worried about the weird flat paint to be honest. Looks like it's been polished with a Brillo pad. 

My Pallas did that too ( it was Neptune grey, and this is Gris espadon = swordfish). I expect it needs a repaint. I don’t think Citroen used a lacquer layer on their metallics at the time.

I've been admiring this Renault 5 that lives round the corner from me for a while, and now apparently it's for sale.

I am probably really out of touch with 'modern classic' prices, but £11k for this non-running heap sounds absolutely ludicrous

It would be interesting to ask the seller why they think their car is worth so much more than the going rate. But given the description it sounds like your only answer would be in expletives splattered with mouth foam
