Bloody good thing I haven't got any money or I'd be making MrsR drive me down to Neston right now!

That is a true sweetie!

I didn't realise that was in Neston.  A town that has had more than one allegation of being inhabited by inbred, swivel eyed loons.

Isn't that the ex-Dollywobbler Bluebird?

I like the other one. The pre-facelift SGL I had was pretty plush, SGX would be amazing (and have the benefit of indicators on the correct side of the steering wheel as an earlier model).

15 (yes, fifteen) odometer/tripmeter digits! Surely nothing ever had more than this? Beats having to press a button to cycle through odo, trip A and trip B.

Some Sunday league player who's copped a few quid overtime is going to be rubbing his hands looking at this.

'She goes like a wasp'

Wanders round in circles outside dustbins before being twatted by someone who couldn't stand it any longer?

I really like this; French-reg Ford Taunus TC (Base Model), in Italy but cheap & in great, unrestored condition:

I have a thing for these Taunus TC's, ever since I spotted one in France a few years back. I hope to save that car one day as it was in good condition, as well as it being one of the higher end GXLs:

Your old one @dollywobbler?

Good spot - apparently so! Wonder why it ended up languishing?

Too many other cars and not enough time / can't be arsed might be an answer.....

(Apologies for the badly photographed advert)

Badly written too - the copywriter forgot the asterisk after "bois".

That is your quintessential Vietbodge* Horror. Under all those pounds of wob and shiny paint there will be bits of at least 4 frames snot welded together. As for the mechanical bits, this is the quality of workmanship you can expect to find. Anyone spunking thirteen and a half large on that POS will be seriously disappointed.

And apart from anything else, few things look more gash than an 8" wheel Vespa on 10"s.

* similar lash-up shitbuckets also available from Indonesia.
