eBay tat volume 3.

I really hope that old Leslie leant this to his son in law at some point, the thought of Phil Lynott popping down to Tesco's - for some Whiskey, obvs, in an Allegro is too good an image .

Also is that an Equippe in the reflection or just a wheel?

Presumably the spoiler came off the green 3 to try and make this look like the genuine VdP 3, the one Car used in the comedy Orion, Belmont Giant Test.

oh cool :)

Uhh sorta? iv not talked to him via Personal message or anything, but have talked to him on the Microcar world facebook group

he used to be quite involved in the Invacar scene :)

and I stalk his ebay page as he sells off his various invacar bits off

(I am still wondering why, after selling his 3 Model 70 chassis, he went on to bid and buy that Model 70 body that showed up on ebay, and then complains of having a body but no chassis, all seems a bit odd and a little frustrating to me, especially as there are other Model 70s that could desperately need a new body)

(not too sure about the sunroof myself though).

They're quite handy for drying out the wet interior, though.

Low mileage Sierra turbot pick-up with camper thing.

Quite like this one. Looks to be a genuinely good one. Aberdeenshire.

Wasn't Supernaut looking for a cottage to buy to get away from it all?

Would be ideal if you were into hillwalking, etc.

I am not a Facebook fan, but sometimes it throws up some decent deals. On the face of it this Series III XJ6 could be. Poverty spec (solid red paint and cloth interior) and needs a little bit of work to the bottoms of the doors and front wing, but comes with a full year's MoT for only £1750.

Or if you like your Vauxhalls without any redeeming features, this Astra in Redcar could be right up your street.

To be fair, it isn't that bad. MoT until August, recently valeted and with a starting bid of less than £200; you can't argue with that.

That's nice and close, and has the magic words that the owner would rather see someone drive it that scrap it for me to drop by with my dumb idea and low budget...

... but unless I'm wrong about the plate (seems to be P286BCN, which is a red Astra Expression rather than an LS), it's not had an MOT since 2008...
