This looks like the proverbial heap of shit at first glance. Have a good look though, I would not expect anything other than surface rust underneath. It is a very early one as no window winders evident. 

EDIT: Just noticed it has a front opening bonnet, so combine that with sliding windows and it is about a MK 1 1/2 !!

I can't explain why I like these old tubs so much. Maybe I'm an old bastard. Maybe it's because back then Toyota still knew how to Toyota. Or because I use to see loads of them parked on drives when I use to do my paper round but they make me all warm and fuzzy inside.

That Maxi picture is absolutely brilliant.Without the supermarket (or whatever it is) in the background and those modern cars, it could have been shot in the early 80's.
