My next door neighbour - the archetypal spinster with nine cats - keeps locking my idiot cat inside her house. 

I'm sick of trying to do the softly softly roochie - coo style voice - 'Daisey, baby, where are you?' etc

And have started yelling the cat as if I was yelling the dog. 'Daisey cat, Come on, Your tea's ready!'

 

But the woman doesn't get up until midday and it can be a right pain in the arse waiting for her.

So I thought I'd give it a bash - simply standing outside her front window & calling the cat back through a loud hailer.

21:00 & 09:00 daily until she pays attention to who's cats she actually has imprisoned in her back bedroom.

Could you not just record yourself on your phone.

Burn it to a CD (or USB etc) and then play via car stereo or boom box in the garden.

 

If you have one with a remote, you could just click play every few seconds from the comfort of the kitchen window.

I’m still in for Saturday, all the Haynes manuals I listed earlier in the thread are still available FOC (apart from the Cortina ones which are spoken for).

 

There’s also a Laguna Mk1 one dumped in the recreation room at work, can grab and bring along if anyone wants it. Think it covers both petrol and diesel models.

The plan for Team Fat n Blind is leave Essex 2.30/3.00 ish so @ Cannock Premier Inn aboot 6-630 traffic dependent, then tootle off to eat large pie, get certificate, then back to base for a beverage and chatting shite before bedtime.

Bucketeer needs a bicycle moved from Cavcraft in Chester to Buckingham. I am going to Cannock and could take the 200TE to collect it if anybody could get it from Chester for onward travel next Saturday?

Does anybody who is going to this have any very cheap or free Volvo wheels? I need some sacrificial wheels so I can get the breaker 850 away. They need to be 5 stud and capable of holding air for half a day or so.
