Yup, I'm up for that...........I think,,,,,, though I barely understood a word of it I did determine that it involves beer and a boozer. An ideal combination from my viewpoint. The next Autoshite meet is in Southern California..........................

Hello everyone, I'm Thomas from the Netherlands. A friend of mine told me about Autoshite since I'm looking for parts for a Hyundai Stellar. I will post a wanted-post in the correct topic later. Hope to have both fun here as well as findig usefull information! :-)

Thanks! I saved the Stellar from a one-way ticket to the scrapyard three years ago, with a few fixes it was good to go. I really like the car. Besides this Korean Cruiser, I have a few more hobbies on wheels: 1983 Ford Sierra 1.3 Custom, 1983 Sierra 1.6 L, 1983 Sierra 2.0 V6 GL, 1983 Sierra XR4i, 1986 Chevrolet Corvette C4 Coupe, 1990 Ford P100 TD and last but not least a 2003 Jaguar X-Type 2.5. Oh and there is a 1992 Sierra Wagon in a shed waiting for better days

Hello folks! New member here from Corby. My search for another car has brought me here,it would seem my type of car resides on these boards. I currently have a Vauxhall Frontera but I'm on the look out for a Lada Niva once it's sold. I've long been the advocate of old cars that no one wants, which is how I got the Frontera. It's a great car but I'm bored of it now it's nearly finished. And I'm looking for another rolling project. I used to be on Retro Rides a lot but it's got a bit bitchy lately so looked for somewhere fresh.

Oh you tease! Lol! Do you have a thread for it?

not yet

I keep meaning to do one on all my cars but never get round to it. I painted the niva 3 years ago in my garage when it was frosty outside. Put some camp stoves under it to keep it warm. But it must of sweated because the paint is flaking off and its a bit of an embaressment now.

Will do it again at some point......

Hello from Hertfordshire.

Like many, I was shiteing before it even had a name.  Currently on the drive are a Toyota Granvia (enabling me to move my many, many children around without the total embarrassment of looking like Emmerdale Farm's Dingle family) and a Toyota Avensis (tricking people into thinking I'm an Asian pensioner on "the synagogue run" when I'm actually on the daily commute)

I enjoy lager, girls and motoring in that order.

Good to be here.

Hi All,

I'm new to the site and world of AutoShite. My good friend Squire_Dawson suggested I join.

I currently drive a 1998 Honda Accord SE 2.0l auto, and I bloody love it! I dont think i'll ever let it go.

Welcome. Good to see you on here chum. You will be saying goodbye to the Honda when I convince you to get an MG. Not that you need much convincing.

Hello fellow casketeer! As you know i'd put the Honda in storage as I doubt I could bring myself to sell it. I am still considering an MG. I can't wait for the next muck about on the Honda after next trip. I hope it provides much agro and laughter like previous times haha.

Morning all, curent daily shiter is a w reg 306 hdi on 188k and cost £150. After a 2.3 FPT saab 9000 the fuel consumption is slightly startling !

MOT required tomorrow so rear pads and a rod end will be fitted in the morning and hoping he doesn't spot the manky front tyres

Hello. Long time lurker, first time member.

After years of riding motorcycles to work at 06:00 every morning i have finally got fed up with the cold and worrying about ice in the winter months and decided to get four wheels and a heater.

Last night i spotted a Renault Extra Wheelchair Van thingy on Ebay about 3 minutes before the listing ended,

I spent two and a half minutes pondering it and then put in a bid, won it and picking it up at the weekend.

 If i can tax it.
