Strange this thread is here coz this is my Missus’ Kuga after coming out of Alton Cars in Nottingham after they replaced & painted the bonnet & wing. I grabbed the manager & said wtf is that match to the bumper. His exact words without any trace of irony or hesitation were. ‘Yes, but it matches you’re door’ 

It’s been back 3 times & they just keep ringing to say it’s done but don’t actually do anything. So insurance man has been & it’s going somewhere else to be done right
