Could we all save up and have a load of Autoshite branded tyres made?

"Happy assuredly death ring" is a nice name. Wonder if they could do remould crossplies for the added lolz?

Not so much the brand, but how do people get away with/not notice this?

More an industrial and truck tyre but I guessed you might like to hear about Dawg Pound Tyres.  Also available in other varieties such as Solid Dawg, Bad Dawg, Big Dawg and the not very reassuring sounding Skid Dawg.  I think they're missing a trick by not doing Deputy Dawg.

We had a tyre fitted to Mrs Tet's Pajero today.

It was a Hercules all terrain tyre.

If there's ever a craze for these tyres, they'll probably call it Lassa Fever.

Looking through the fleet.

The Scirocco is on Dunlop's, and then these ancient Runways at the rear. Rock hard and terrifying in the wet.

MrsCoprolalia gives 0 shits about tyres. Many heated discussions about this. Her Yaris has these on the back:

An Austone summer tyre, ancient rock

A Triangle mud and snow winter tyre

She had a blowout recently and replaced the fronts with a pair of these Jinyu's

Which are frankly horrendous. Tramline in the wet, lose grip at the slightest provocation from the 90hp, squeal on any roundabout. The tyre place recommended as "taxi drivers all use them".

Goodrides were fitted to the crying pumpkin (when I got it) - I didn't think they were too bad, certainly in the dry, but hard to tell and the correct size in any brand were getting hard to find.

Finally got around to sorting out all the crap that was stored in the spare wheel well on the Saab, and thought I'd get the spare wheel out for a look-see.  It doesn't look like it's ever been used.

Have we had Mohawk yet?

Achilles are my favourite. Either that or Ovation. Ovation if they last a fortnight before sending you into a ditch.

A bloke I work with is called Mozza, so when his Ford Ka needed tyres, naturally he chose Mozzo branded ones.

Why are a lot named after stone, I mean stone is hardly known for its adhesive qualities.
