Friend of mine  Roy Gladwin from colchester used to have one of those but it had a diesel engine fitted, used it to tow his Spedeworth superstock no. 324..

Has anyone on here ever had tiger bollock soup? Disgusting, i dont know what all the fuss is about.

No but I once lied about drawing a tiger's cock and balls on a toilet wall at Longleat Safari park.

My brother called me for some interior retrimming advice and is now happily* sewing bits of brown dralon to bits of old VW brown vinyl for the Golf's seats.  He's even planning to retrim the door cards to match.  So far he's doing a pretty good job of it too by taking his time and asking me lots of questions about where I went wrong when I first did seat retrimming.  He's also probably using the left over brown Princess carpet set I'll have to sort out matching carpets for the same car.  Brown brown brown.

Brown is without doubt the best colour for interiors. Very warm and comforting, hides the dirt well, with the added bonus that you cannot take yourself seriously while gazing at a brown vinyl dash.

While I like some of the weird left-field colours seen in J-tin from that period, I don't think I could live with them. The blue is just a teeny bit depressing, and I think the red stuff would give me constant migraines. My favourite ever colour would probably be the cream that older Yugos (I think?) contained, but I'd spend far too much time screaming at passengers for leaving dirty marks on it.

I can honestly say that I will never, ever, own a car with a grey interior. I'm aware I'll miss out on some A-grade shite, but I find it utterly abhorrent. I cannot fathom why it was ever used.

I think the seller is putting it on the boat for him........so busy between now and Christmas (sorry to mention the word) that getting to L/pool will be tricky so deffo no time for what would become a booze filled trip over there!

Also my wife says I cannot go out without a responsible adult since I came home with my last E bay purchase.....

I've finally put the finishing (ish) touches to some computer fangledness I've written, which lets you share pictures from your smartphone onto the interweb without installing any fancy apps or anything. All you need is your phone to be setup with e-mail.

It's allows you put an image into a web page then update that  image with your phone turning it into a very slow live feed.

I've been pissing around with it for years but finally put the effort into making it usable, which makes me happy.

A brown interior is warm, relaxing and unpretentious and has the added benefit of enabling one to follow through mid journey and disembark with dignity intact.

That Lego chase is the mutt's!  I so wish I'd thought of it!

Yesterday I scored a pair of part-used Dunlop SP Sport tyres off ebay for the 220 for £55 delivered which seemed pretty good.

They turned up less than 24 hours later (they beat the email saying that the order had been despatched by several hours) and look like they've barely been used, one even still has faint remnants of coloured lines on the tread.  Result!

I should maybe start a 'Stuff i found on Reddit or B3ta' page TBH as they are the only other 2 sites I go on other than Redtube and most of the stuff on there is useless as it has no cars in it.

Had to move my capri that's been dead for seven years. Using eleven year old pez from my dead series 2. Fired straight up :)

Best bit was after turning it off smoke curling lazily out of the exhausts. Really need to pull my finger out and fix it :(
