dozeydustman Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 (edited) Hmmm Yep, she's very open and has smooched & cuddled on the sofa with previous "boyfriends" in front of both me & mrs D. I've seen her on the sofa try to cuddle up to him and he backs off or says not now. Might be nerves in front of me/mrs D/us granted but I think he's wasting her time TBH. I can tell it's now getting tedious for stepdaughter, hence the might get shot of him soon feeling. Edited May 13, 2018 by dozeydustman Aston Martin 1
dozeydustman Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 Problem is all that would be fit for the bin with no brown sauce, so it's justified I dunno, I've had plenty of breakfasts without any sauce and just as tasty. Just not ketchup. Ketchup is poisonous.
catsinthewelder Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 My grin was a trip to Screwfix last night for new boots. It was quiet and the staff are friendly and on seeing the state of my old boots asked when I got them. As it was less than a year he found the invoice on the system and replaced them for free. Won't be complaining about having to log in with the key fob again. The Moog, cobblers, Aston Martin and 8 others 11

Pillock Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 Don't think it would be "slimming world friendly".About as friendly as a leopard with a hangover. Was wonderful though. Absolutely love haggis. privatewire 1

clayts450 Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 Same as our place. Higher ups were happy to have developed a way of knocking off surveys/general marketing to enable opt out for our customers. All well and good, but it's a manual system which would have worked perfectly for DPA, but is a chocolate teapot for GDPR. Cue embarrassed silence all round when it was pointed out that all customer accounts need to be set to opt-out to comply with GDPR. Ostrich time. Datsuncog 1
beko1987 Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 I've missed all our gdpr stuff at work because I'm not senior enough (thank fuck) but there's been some changes, and I've briefed and tested changes to our client facing systems. Luckily working in unaddressed mail/Doordrops we are ok, as its sector level data we hold. Didn't stop royal mail sending out a mailer hailing it as a nice loophole though, idiots
bub2006 Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 Massive thanks to hooli for his wiring help today. Now my trike has functioning headlights with dip and main. Was running no relay and four h4 bulbs. 220 watt dipped,240 main. Explains why the switch disintegrated. Relays and wiring sorted now so only tomorrow left where another shiter is going to get a visit so the welding will be done and a thank you post. purplebargeken, beko1987, myglaren and 2 others 5
Guest Hooli Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 Pleasure mate, worth it just to meet Blu I did collect an amazing about of greenfly in my beard on the way back though, I stopped counting at 20 when picking them out..... yellowperil 1
bub2006 Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 It's spelt blu on his med cards, He also has a middle name I can't spell! As for insects, when we went Leicester on bank holiday Monday I had same issue. More wildlife in my beard than a little! Hope the bacon was to your liking too.
Guest Hooli Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 I've edited it, wouldn't want to upset such a killer dog lol. Bacon was good mate, annoying your horn failed as I left though.
Guest Hooli Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 Oh & in other grin news, talking to my neighbour when I got back & he got a letter today saying his daughter has detention at school next week. Thing is they are on holiday in Spain so he's going to produce the letter & tell her she's not allowed in the pool that day HarmonicCheeseburger 1

Ostrich time.I'm wondering who will be the first organisation to gets its bum kicked for getting this wrong and what marketing departments will be doing when their entire marketing lists consist of 20 lonely weird old ladies.
omegod Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 Grin because was under loads of money pressure this week, had to have a holiday paid for by today and a car I was selling wasn't shifting, it went and I had to add to it to clear the holiday balance. Was slightly less skint but someones just been round and paid 250 for a gearbox I was selling Off out tonight with the wife to watch a band we love and will get a wee bit sloshed hopefully, need to watch the wife closely though as it will be her first time out since a very, very close shave at the Manchester arena bombing last year and she's been quite badly affected by the experience Terrorist cunts dome and purplebargeken 2

Craig the Princess Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 About 2 weeks ago the Volvo 940 lost a front hubcap so it's been running round without it. Today driving back from Tesco in the Panda there was a correct hubcap lying in the road. No idea if it is the same one but it's now sitting on the wheel. JeeExEll Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 Indeed so.Also available on Rover SD1s, Maxis, Landcrabs, etc. Are they only held down at the front by the roof-gutters? They're not exactly aerodynamic. Although if the whole lot blew off at 60mph you'd know soon enough without needing a 'door-open' type buzzer. This Zodiac conversion was done by Ginetta, the sports-car lot, and it's still a full 5-seater."Cramped holiday from hell for a family of five, Sir? - Step right this way".And don't forget the dags. Bit of a laugh and more space if just a couple with no kids tho You'd feel like you were in a Carry On film from 1972. Ahh, the freedom of the open road, visiting the petrol-stations round the country. Datsuncog, Aston Martin and somewhatfoolish 3

DodgeRover Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 Following on from this, stepdaughter came home from college rather late yesterday. She had a practical assessment on transmissions. Had to whip out the 'box, change clutch, refit 'box and then overhaul the driveshafts with fresh CV grease and boots on a Civic. Another distinction! All theory modules completed. 100% for both the drivetrain and suspension modules (the final two) giving her an average of 95% throughout the whole year, and joint first in the class with her closest rival Melanie. She also proudly announced she was bisexual last night, which I think is going to do a lot to help her teenage angst as well. How her b/f is going to take this news I don't know..... Mrs D and I are massively proud. What she really needs to do is a head gasket change on a Bentley as the thing they take photos of and put on the college wall - it just so happens we know somebody who may be able to provide the car..... Guest Hooli Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 I believe he's referring to xtriple's dollop, does she fancy a weeks holiday in the west country to go do it?
