Post earthquake, driving north to Kaikoura NZ on highway 1. The road is actually closed. These chaps were local and going as far as they could. There are some much worse parts of the road that will be weeks at least before they are passable.

They had to edit it afterwards and explain how they had no idea that Borgward was a car maker. Also, their explanation of Shanghai VW was wrong, and they were saying how loads of Chinese cars are sold in Europe... Loads?

I'd like to say ROFL at the Audi compilation but it's sad how much aggression and sense of entitlement there is out there.  With a few of them I'm sure they're cut to hide earlier twattishness - one where the white Audi Q7 in the UK undertook on a motorway was a bit naughty but the driver with the cam was clearly hogging the outside lane too.

 

Would the world be a better place by banning Audis?  No.  Would the world be a better place if cretins were rehabilitated (driver education / anger management / being given a good shooeing)?  Yes.

Thanks for that one. At 29:59 is some rare footage of the German version of one of my cars, the Toyota Celica Sunchaser convertible. These were done in the UK at Tickfords for a firm called Griffith International, but the convertible and targa-top Liftback were done in Germany by Tropic. Not often you get to see video footage of these cars when new. Top findage !
