Pictures be damned, I wanna see this in the metal!

If anyone saw the Gumtree listing from which I bought the car, it had already done time as a half-assed copcar, so well done on taking it that step further.

Some of us have already been there of course...

If I'd known about this place back then I might have been able to find someone to weld it, in which case I'd have kept it!

We have a Cat D ferry in at work if any any panel bashers are at a loose end. Ploughed into a car carrier in the Humber in the storm on Friday night.

I'm sure it'll polish out.

Damage on the other vessel looked odd, are some ships not made of steel plate these days?

Lets see some pics of the cop motor!!!! Keep it 'on trend' by having a black teenager or two cuffed in the back at all times.

What do you do for living Spike?

I work in maintainance for PD Ports at Teesport. The ferry is moored opposite our workshop, no idea what it's next move is.

Completely rebuilt Aga's burner.

This was in lieu of fixing the SLK's brake hoses, which are determined not to come off the pipes. May cheat and only do fronts at this stage, and plan for upgrading rears when replacing rear pipes (which are a little corroded).

Looking forward to having my stove back at full temp. Got candy to make!

Six cylinder don't wrap the biscuits up for Christmas as there really quite nice (and very reasonable from Super U on the other side of the channel) two different colour vans too.

 Same happened on the freshly painted Rialto. Its two pack paint or something, no lacquer so when i polish the colour comes off. Needed a bit of G3 scratch remover to get the etching off. Get a good wax on it after, seems to have helped mine and this has not happened since.

Thanks Eddy...

I haz been waiting nervously for your opinion on the car! The front full width light unit has been temporarily removed as it was faded and looked yellow ish. Have fitted a black aluminium mesh grille until I get round to polishing up the original unit.

Although the black grille looks ok IMHO.
