Loveing the odd wheels on that Merc bus 8) . They weren't actually a bad old thing for a '60s bus - they had about 220 brake to push them along so they would leave any contemporary Bedford standing. Mercedes also did a smaller version of the coach with a vast supercharged petrol engine, which must have been interesting to drive, if probably a little thirsty. I have no idea how I know all this crap...Anyway, more eBay tat, courtesy of Filmpropman. So tempting - if I hadn't bought the Minx and I still had the Daihatsu to drag it home with, I'd probably have hit the Buy It Now button by now. Anyone know where I can get a towbar for a Rayton Fissore Magnum?

Wowzer, this is rare! I think the Mk1 825D only lasted for about a year before it was replaced by the Mk2.

Those 825 Diesels are the bollox, you can carry 1.5 tons of logs in em no problem (as long as you do not need to drive it in your best suit the next day).

'Bout the best tow car I've ever owned too. Dragged a 7 series Beemer back from Lincolnshire at 75mph without breaking a sweat.

My eyes!.....they bleed.

Lordy! That is fugly

And hopefully unique... :?

yep...they did a Nova Antibes too...also came in red.

Red, white and blue with constrasting striping on the 'Antibes', to mimic the French flag of course. Available on the Nova, Astra hatch and Cav in '86. A surprising number still about...

I think this was up before, I guess nobody wanted to pay £4k for a jacked up 505 wagon?

Surely the bargain of the century. £750??? You can see why they opted not to show a photo on the list page!

Another Euro bargain. £950? :?

A grand with bidders! Having said that, this is in great nick. My mum had one of these on a & plate back in 1984, and it had deteriotated even by then. Someone has really loved this car. But is it worth a thousand?

£1700BIN  At the right price, this manual barge could be eligible for my works car-park. Anyone know the right price for these? I doubt it'll sell at that price, so would make an offer if I knew what was fair.

£1.7k just to say it ain't a Samba?

£1.9k :shock::shock: You have to ask why, but then on the next page we find Belgians fighting at over 2k for a London cab!

I am obviously not going to find my Thesis on the Bay.

Finally, I have found a Norfolk bargain. 300 for the car, 2,700 for the stickers

Check out the "Ask Seller a Question" section:

Q: what the hell have you done to this beautiful car.

That Whizzkid looks hideous, but they must be almost non-existant now?

I had one about 10 years ago when I was in my "big rear engine, small rear engine" phase

Hey, Garethj, have you seen this monster thundering and lurching around the track at Goodwood? I took this in 2004 I think.

Very entertaining, and attracted as much attention as the LM's and million dollar stuff.

I didn't see it there last year, I'll make sure to look out for it on the 24th!
