It's my sisters. I can vouch that she is looking to sell soon, and is looking to acquiring an evil modernz soon, and an interested buyer may motivate her to get a move on. It's a 53 plate, blue 1.6 Zetec. Very leggy; 160k I think. Exact reg can come later for MOT history checkz.

I would need to contact her first - she commutes 50 miles a day and having no car would be an issue.

Photographs and further information can certainly be forthcoming if you are interested; but would recommend you do not stop listening to other wonderful* offers put forwards by the good folk here if you need a quicker turnaround.

People who say they want a small car in reality only think they want a small car.

What people really want is big bloody V8s, so buy another one of those instead.

How about shadow's Rover? Smoll car, smoll dent. Smoll mileage.

I was just about to suggest that one too.

Smoll.

I have yet to contact my sister about her Focus but to be honest the shadow's Rover 25 is about eighteen thousand times better.

It's done an eighth of the mileage too.

I think that's the difference between want and need :-)

I've had both a 1.25 Fiesta and a 1.6 Focus, the Focus was better on fuel.

160k is nothing for the 1.6, they keep going, getting noisier and more coarse as time goes on, but like a fine wine they get sweeter with the miles.

It certainly feels like it's still got its 99hp in it. Very responsive throttle. I quite enjoyed driving it back from the dealers to her house over two and a half years ago.

I think she's still getting just around 40mpg too.
