Ok, at last some movement.

 

The Shady Oak said they have 12 hardstanding pitches and 12 grassed pitches. It's £15 per pitch per night, plus another £5 if you want an electric hook up. That would be for Saturday 3rd September (i.e the night before the show) so if people are happy with that, I'll book what people have asked for.

 

For camping only can people please confirm what they want, i.e which night and hardstanding or tent? Cheers.

Yes, as per last year, I'll kip in't bus (one night - Saturday). Not bothered what surface is below it. I think I paid for a tent space for it.

 

Last time, we were all down the bottom (grassed) end, and left the top bit for posh folk. If you bag the cheap seats for us first Billy, then we won't be split up and have to puss-foot about for "normal" people.

Right.  In the midst of all the forum downtime I have sent out a bunch of passes to those who have sent the money over already,  Many thanks to those guys.  Unfortunately I don't have any Cavcraft-style business cards, but I hope you enjoy your complimentary Hot Wheels sticker by way of compensation.

 

I have to pay the balance for the camping by the end of next week so, if you want to camp please send me payment asap (if you haven't already).  Midday Friday (5th) will have to be the cut-off and I will book as many pitches as have been paid for up until that point...  (You may, of course, be able to book direct with the pub nearer the time if you wish.)
