That took me right back to my Max Power reading days and how much I would have KILLED for a momo steering wheel and M3-style door mirrors to put on my dad's 405.

 

It's hard to put into words how pleased I was when my parents bought a Daewoo Espero because then I could tell everyone that our car had "5 spoke alloys". When the car was back home I pretty much exploded when I realised that the back wheels had YOKOHAMA tyres on them.

Man, I remember these kinds of shows, always appearing on Bravo at 10pm or 12 or whatever. Very of its time, curtains floppy hair styles, pressed jeans and puffa jackets, takes me back to my yoof days in the late 90s when I was rocking this style and reading Max Power/Fast Car* LOLz.

 

The Pug chap yapping about tinted WINDAZ had the plate "LOS7" which is now living on a 2004 Land-Rover Freelander TD4. The Corsa reminds me of Feckless_Cuz_Sterling. A man of heavy Rock music (and an accomplished electric guitar player) but yet very into chav car modifications, ya know, all plastic bodykit but nowt more engine-wise than a cheapo induction kit. He is also a Vauxhall apologist (yeah yeah, I know...) he'd love that Corsa and would happily rock it today. Oddly enough, as with everything I the motoring world going a bit odd, he has ended up with a chavved_up late Mk1 Ford Focus 3-door complete with plastic bodykit attached and oversized wheels.

 

* Oddly enough, as a teen I also sometimes read a BMW magazine or some description, funny how I'd finally end up with one.

Arrrrrrrghhhhh, That Twat - My Camaro was at a show and I was badgered by TV folk to put it into a ''TV'' pen with Penny and the fat stumpy bloke..All was well till the filming started and that fat stumpy bloke sat on my fecking bonnet - ''oi get off my fucking bonnet ya twat''

Filming abruptly stopped , and much staring at me by everyone and 'tut tutting'' began. I walked over and the production crew promised me - Mr Fat stumpy bloke would not do it again, so.....stood and watched the re -take and Penny Mallory did a quick 10 second view of her sitting inside mah car....
