Crackers Posted April 10, 2022 Posted April 10, 2022 Given its a long weekend, I could come for a day if a few people are about. Probably Saturday, or Friday.Ā
catsinthewelder Posted April 10, 2022 Posted April 10, 2022 Saturday works best for me and I'm considering camping if others are.Ā Happy to swap to another weekend if that's better though. Will bring Daisy and the Scooters, must get around to buying tyres this week.

catsinthewelder Posted April 11, 2022 Posted April 11, 2022 How friendly are the company delivering the container? The easiest way to move the Visa body could be to attach some form of lifting straps now then ask the driver to lift it with their giant HIAB when they arrive? Ā I imagine the JCB could lift it but I can't see it being a simple job. Ā Perhaps in the future you could adapt one of the 2' wagon chassis for moving dead cars to a 2 post ramp in the barn.Ā That would need the JCB to get involved. Six-cylinder 1

I don't think the JCB will have any trouble lifting the Visa body, weĀ just need to sort of lifting rated straps.Ā I hope the tow ropes I have will do the job, but don't stand under it! I don't think dangling from the back bucket or riding on the front forks is a good idea to take the Visa down the fieldĀ so we may need to place it on the car trailer to move it.Ā
