ALL ABOARD....... THE SHITE TRAIN

This train I am on is bollox, seems to be limited to 30mph and stops for 10-15 mins in each station. Now I know why it cost £9 for a ticke

Deffo central lock yourself in, this is a prime target for an SVM car jacking en route.

Its the flippin dogs bo11ox this thing, I love it!!!! Its proper effortless at 80mph and sounds like a lorry. ALL THE GAUGES WORK!!!!! Unheard of in an old Volvo 700 surely.

Sorry, it looked gold to me under the pezshop lights. Silver is traditionally second best.

I was secretly hoping this was going to be crap, seeing as I didn't buy it. I IS DISAPPOINT.

Good Work Alf Bollox. Geordie 'TN' plate means it was less than an hour away from being part of the SVM when it was registered...

Yeah the wife of the seller reckoned her mum worked in the same place I had my first ever proper job!!! (George Angus company, coast road, North Shields)

Well after an overnight stop in Ooxford I am finally home with this thing, time for a cup of tea then off up to the garage with it. It drives great and everything works, even the electric aerial. Its got a snazzy JVC CD player and 10-disc multichanger whicj sounds amazing for such an old crate (think its a bit newer than the car). Its got all the old bills and MOT's since it was new and the people I got it off have had it in their family since it was new as well. They proper loved it and called it 'Albert' and wwre very sad to see Albert drive away, they were realy nice, both doctors of some sort I think. They did show me some picturs thir MOT shop had sent them of some fairly seriousl-looking rust hole underneath the battery but I havent investigated that yet. More news and photos when I get back from the garage this evening. But for £250 I am CHUFFED TO BOLLOX with it!!

In the unlikely event that you get sick of this you can put me down on the top of the list to buy :D

Looks fabulous!

Very well done Bollox man! Gobsmacked you've managed to get a 700 free of electrical gremlins.

A+/100.

250 squids! Bloody bargain! Well bought!!!!!

I'm helping a banger racing buddy strip a V90 in a couple of weeks, I can chop the battery tray out of it if it's needed

£250, that is ruddy cheap. I have to say I never liked the facelifted front end but that's all down to personal taste isn't it and you can't see it from in the car. Without wanting to tempt fate, its got to be about 1,000,000% better than the last one you bought.

NICE!! Do you think this is a future potential exhibit for the Ba11bag Museum, seems a freakin' bargain and well looked after.

I've been up the garage all day. I've already repaired the battery tray, spent this afternoon on it! I do need a drivers side headlight though if anyone has any ideas, the reflector is knackered in this one.
