As we seem to be on the subject of small vans, I give you the Dacia Dokker.

Never heard of this till I went past a .ro registered one on the M62 the other day.

I thought it might be another variation of the ComCitGoo but according to t'internet its all Dacia.

I keep asking Dacia UK asking them if they will do a RHD version of the Dokker MPV now that Renner no longer offer the Kango MPV

So far the answer has been "Get out of my flower garden you f***ing weirdo"

That would be the Kadjarkangoo then.

^^ Have they deliberately written YAWNSTER on the side of that Datcher?  Oh no, hang on, it's YAWPETS - that makes much more sense...

Just saw an ad for these in my local paper WTF?

Saw one of these a few days ago and did a double take.  At first I wondered if someone had grafted the front of a Yaris onto something else.

Dacia should track down the body panel molds/stamping dies used for the Renault 20 and relaunch it as the Dacia 20.

They almost did, back in the day. Bought CKDs and sold them as Dacia 2000 to the party rulers.

First I knew of this. It looks good actually, but they probably should brand it as something else. I really can't see the local blokey tradesman choosing a Fiat over a Hilux/Navara/L200/Amarok

It is an L200 though, just with 'Fiat Fullback' badges on...

I saw a new Royal Mail Peugeot Partner the other day, jacked up and badged as a 'Trek'. Conversion by Dangel as far as I can work out!

It's just a badge-engineered L200.

As you suggested, local tradesmen will still probably buy the L200 unless the Fiat one is noticeably cheaper, or has some other useful unique feature.

I can see it being a roaring sales success*.

It will sell. If you fancy a pick up and run a fleet of Ducatos, you might just buy. If you buy a fleet of new Ducatos you might get a cracking incentive.

They should call it the Roid Rage edition to entice the L200's target demographic

I predict a swift marketing-related rename to 500XXXL...

Not sure why anyone would ever bother importing a Chevy Cavalier but there's a green one knocking about round here. Typical bland septic rental car fodder but I think it is a distant relative of the Vauxhall Cavalier, the embarrasing American second cousin twice removed who is seen once in a blue moon perhaps.

ETA: weren't these also sold in Japan as the Toyota Cavalier under some weird joint venture, or did I imagine that?

I never knew there was a Ford Montego - until just now in the hotel parking garage.

This f-ugly Mercury looks like it's a badge engineered Ford Five Hundred which had a short-lived career from 2005-07.

Yep, you could get a Toyota Cavalier. In RHD too.

Was that Toyota part of the lunatic Button plan to save* Australian manufacturing?   Could also get a Toyota Lexcen which was the Commodore that looked like a Senator badged as a Toyota.

Just seen this: http://jalopnik.com/for-2-500-would-you-fly-with-this-1989-eagle-premier-1774106005

Eagle Premier, re-bodied Renner 25 made in Canada.   Quite like it actually.

Fiat seem pretty keen on getting the Japanese to help them out - look at the new 124 Spider coming out - MX5 platform, but with Fiat engine and styling...
