Solent Shiters 2015!

Surely, "Hampshite" would be a more appropriate name ?

Oh, shush you.

Wherever you end up, please park your vehicles so that they look like a giant cock. I suggest using the pogweasel pink MX5 as the bell-end.

Photographic evidence from a suitable vantage point will be required, obviously.

We could have bendy buses to be the balls?

A shot for the calendar, for sure!

Fixed that for you, journo ;-)

(...and yep, I agree)

Will there be slice, or will we need to supply our own?

You make it sound like a drug!

I'll probably be up for this, but it depends exactly when it is.

& I'm not coming if I can't get completely wankered on ale and camp over.

Mrs R bakes cakes at the drop of a hat.  I am sure we can provide slice.  Unless its Colombian Flake you refer to in which case I will have to sell her...

Like I said I'm off duty and really can't be arsed to check stuff on a forum. I keep the dictionary in another room to my computer. Walking to it is effort.

Does this mean that SS2015 will end up being Spring Shitefest 2015 ?

Posted

Yes, Hampshire's not too far away for me. I will try very hard to bring something more shite-worthy than a Jaguar XF.

Anyone got a Rover R8 I can borrow?

I think the "slice" being referred to by the esteemed SVM member is the Scottish delicacy known as lorne, or square sausage.

Forgive my sassenachery - I should know what Lorne is!    Anyway for those that prefer to sip tea in china cups with extended pinkie the cake offer still stands.    In fact, slice for slice, a good exchange rate could easily be arranged.....

I dont mind a trip to hampshite... but if its in the spring it will have to be in the Renner as the 1100 will not be ready.....Guess i will just have to take the undertray off...

I have Hampshite on my bucket list, I want to come back home and see my childhood stomping ground before I slip off this mortal coil 51 next month and feel every year, I will have to fight for a leave pass from Satan and summer is best for me, even though I have lived in Manc land for nearly 30 years I am still a soft mardy southerner who likes to be warm. South downs hold happy memories as does New forest and Beuleau  (if that's how its spelt) I then can move on to Portchester castle and Fareham afterwards. I'm up for slices if some are imported and can you get White Lightning darn sarf?

Posted

Could I come? I don't have shite down there but do have bicycle shite.

most excellent. I can get my kicks on the A36

WER IS THIS PLS

NT DESIDED 4 SURE YT M8. I have a funny feeling we will end up on Portsdown Hill on The Viewpoint. Better known as "Mick's", a selling of the finest CJD ridden, sawdust filled bugrers on The South.

I keep misreading the thread title as Soylent Shiters.  It is very disturbing.

Get enough White Lightning and we could all be shiting soylent....

Another Ex-Southerner here, grew up in Havant and lived in Eastleigh for a couple of years before the joy* of Birmingham pulled me away from the fair southern shores of my native Hampshire.

I still have fond* memories of sitting on the bottom teir of Fratton Park's south stand, with my nose at pitch level; watching the ball vanish over the rise in the middle of the park for a few seconds before Paul Hall launched it at 200mph into row Z.

Pub, beer, camping facility....

Anything else is a fucking bonus.

What's holding things up?

Southwick Brewhouse looks good.

I've never even been there. I used to drive past the sign for it often enough but have never taken the time to check it out.
