No need when the gutty is in the floor

In this context, any shoe or shoe like foot clothing device

See also 'a wee bootful' and 'gie it a wee jag'

see also kick it in the arse, lift up skirts, up and vanished like a fart in the wind etc etc :D

no gonna be a wee brogue is it :D more like a welly or hob nail boot :D

If anyone is interested in the etymology, "gutties" are/were rubber-soled shoes, i.e. plimsoles, from gutta-percha, natural rubber. Every day is a school day.

Or as they in Yorkshire, "Clog it!", or "keep the clog in!".

Or in Fifer 'fit din lod'.

Maybe should be the secret sign of GLF, turning up in gutties. Or sannies if you want to call them that. Come to that, are proper gutties available in adult sizes? *goes to check*

On the E30 it is up to resume. Wonder why they changed it?

We’d made the replacement in two pieces to avoid vibrations from large single sections of flat sheet.

Check out you and your NVH considerations.

I like the picture. It looks like the Oxford is getting a last minute reprieve from the light at the end of the tunnel.

Equally satisfying is taking my Cowley back to the scrapyard I got it from and showing it all the 206s in there.

Long live the Traveller!
