The roof rack of on the Cortina to the left is not located squarely on the roof.

There is a Reliant 3 wheeler acting as a bonnet mascot for the Transit in lane 3.

I was thinking possibly Belfast. Security checks to get into the city centre.

God nowadays there'd be more hi-viz heroes with clipboards than you could shake a stick at, a forest of cones, roads within at least a 3 miles radius closed for several  months before they even think of what to do about that.
