The guy holding the door is Lee Iacoca, the location is outside the Shelby America facility at Los Angeles International Airport. The car is a road trim GT40 Mk1, notable for its wire wheels. Not sure who the bloke is getting into the passenger seat.Ā 

Also spot the Cobra Transporter in the back ground and the Cobra tractor unit to the left.
