I think you're spot on there. Not sure I've ever seen one of those before - front end has the look of an A60 about it.

The lady's sleeve and handbag do nicely conceal the front wheel arrangement and make it appear to be a three wheeler but the proportions do not fit any tripod that I'm familiar with.  With so few features visible, I initially thought it may be a Goggomobile.  The A35/30 suggestion by J R Hartley seemed much more likely.
