I've received an email SOS from breadvan72, who has forgotten his password and cannot persuade the computer to reset it for him. Can a friendly mod intervene and help him out?

 

He has also tried registering a new account but is still awaiting confirmation. (I think he's probably the "Gerard" who is showing as "Validating" in the list of users online.) My bet is he'd rather regain control of his breadvan72 username though.

I have found my password, which is lucky, as the new system's lost password emails etc don't appear to work.   That's OK - whenever you take an old shed to the garage, it always comes back with the broken stuff fixed and the unbroken stuff knackered.

Seems to be fixed now, I just successfully reset the password to my Peter account! The long saga is over. 

 

Don't know whether to go back to being Peter or start a new life as Conrad D. Conelrad.

Trying out the new file upload thingy, the multiple uploader did not work for me, as in I clicked on the link, it refreshed the page but still only allowed one file upload at a time, rather than (what I assumed it would do ) enable me to ctrl+a the whole lot and hit go.
