Second vote for Miami Nights 1984 playing, or maybe some Lazerhawk. Car would have to be a 512 Testarossa, because it's iconic, expensive, fits the music perfectly, but most importantly is tragically disappointingly shit and blatantly living off nothing more than the back of the Ferrari name and Miami Vice. And Outrun. Who's in the passenger seat? Not sure, maybe one of the girls from a Bett Easton Ellis novel and plenty of drugs involved; she probably gets killed at the end.
