Possibly the cleanest lowest milage smily face transits in existence courtesy of Helsinki airport.

Today's mega spot, a late Avenger (badged Talbot as it's on a V plate).  Driven by a lad in his 30s and he'd just parked up, so I asked if he wouldn't mind if I took a pic.

Gives me a warm feeling seeing stuff like this in daily use, despite the shit loads of salt on the road at the moment.

Those roof bars and slats look like they are off a hearse!

Look like they are Sceptre estate items - could be a serial Chrootes-licker.

Languishing at the back of a forecourt at a local used car dealer along with other flat-tyred, mossy cars of lesser distinction.  Actually looks very tidy bar the faded paint, new set of Uniroyals all round and a decent MOT history until 2015, perhaps it just never sold.  I was thinking of the seats for my van but it'd be a shame to see it broken.

Must be a very early one on an 'M' plate as well.

Spotted on the M4 the other day by a friend who, for some strange reason, thought I might like it. He was right, obviously.

Edit: Bloody iPhone - sorry, you'll just have to imagine that rotated 90 degrees.

I'm glad you did that, I tried rotating it 90 degrees and it went upside down

It´s very unusual to see so many old and classic cars used on the road in the UK during the salty season.

Here in Austria, they are all tucked away in garages and barns. I love the Avenger!

The Jag is owned by the guy who rents the unit.  He’s also got a S1 XJ6 and a 1987 Merc 560 SEC in there, both in bits.  He’s done a few jobs on my Jag and is a proper car nut, lovely bloke.

The ananas comosus shite is always in for something or other, I think he’s sick of the sight of it now!

An extremely lazy spot all outside a Moggy specialist in West Malling.

I think there comes a time in a mans life when these cars become quite alluring,in my case just as you turn 50.

They need brakes that size. Worth blagging a ride in one if you can.

Is that a Pony X2? Not seen one for about 15 years. They all seemed to be blue.

The 504 is fantastic, even if it's looking a bit bubbly these days (I spotted it a few years back).  The owner was apologetic about it's condition, but atleast he's using the thing.

Some class spottage going on here lads.  That Peugeot looks perfect in that (presumably) London street.

Broken AMG driver has got his just desserts with that STUP1D number plate.
