Shite in Miniature II

I saw these in a shop window in Nantes.

My model knowledge is very limited so I'd never heard of 'Spark' and 57Euro seemed a bit salty but they did look quite nice.

Also, for the collector who has everything, repair your models the authentic way.

Moar fresh 1/43 shite, from Poland no less. A Vauxhall Shove-it and an Ovlovlovlov 343 DL, phwoar and all that. Better photos later, as just unpacked em, and took the photo on my elcheapocamphone

The Volvo needs to be in Jewish Racing Gold with at least five parking dings and a blue badge though

Thanks for putting up the Volvo 343, I have just bought one. It's the first 1/43 Volvo 340 I have seen for sale at a reasonable price.

Love that Chevette 8)

Remove the bumpers add some rust spots on the front wings,

and it would be a dead ringer for my cousins old one.

Think it is still shoved in a hedge somewhere, will have to have a look.

Diecast pornography those 2 aren't they?

I've had these two Russian built models for about 15 years. Authentic even down to the build quality.

I've ordered more diecastidge from Mr Lobster today :)

Posted

OOOOOOOO! I may order some more tat next week, but car MOT is due

Posted

i already have two small-scale Yatming Chevette hatchbacks; think they were supposed to be Chevrolet Chevettes but close enough.  I'd love to find an estate though.

Posted

Blimey I forgot about them!   Mine was yellow and it was indeed a Chevrolet Chevette.   Actually, thinking about it I am pretty sure mine was a Mini Dinky.  Just gone through my tat box and it aint there, must have given it to a sprog.  Bugger....

More from Mr Lobster. I'm dead chuffed with this. About the same price as a Vanguards Cortina and probably a little bit better. It's a really accurate casting. Love it, I finally have a Cortina80 diecast :-D

I seem to have quite a bit of obsure tat in miniature, including Sherpa LDV vans (proper white metal models, heavy buggers!), Vauxhall Astramax vans SAAB 900 cabriolet etc that I will post pics of if anyones interested / bothered to see them lol. Used to have literally metric fuck tons of miniature tat before I moved home, now I only have about 4 big boxes worth left!

I just can't resist '60 T'birds in JRG.
