Junkman Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 I did the same with Maisto shite's 2CV shite: burraston2006, eddyramrod, Ratdat and 3 others 6
eddyramrod Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Eddy what make is that Polonez militia car?I've just had a look underneath, and there's no maker's name. It was obviously from the local magazine series though, so I would guess Ixo/Altaya. And yes, I'm hoping the same set appears in Poundland too! (I was in there today; no joy.) RedSparrow 1
Mr Lobster Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 I've just had a look underneath, and there's no maker's name. It was obviously from the local magazine series though, so I would guess Ixo/Altaya. And yes, I'm hoping the same set appears in Poundland too! (I was in there today; no joy.) If its IXO / Altaya it will generally have screws which you need a special screwdriver with a triangular head to undo. If not then it probably isn't.
eddyramrod Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 It came in a blister rather than a case and plinth. I've just found the blister, which says, in English surprisingly: Importer: De Agostini Polska Sp. Manufactured and distributed by Premium & Collectibles Co. Ltd...... Made in P. R. Ch. (which I take to be People's Republic of China, even I can work that out!) Edit: it's a sad man who keeps his plastic blister packs....
Partridge Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 I love the light mods on the Pug, Junky! Junkman 1
Felly Magic Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Moar shite purchased from Ipswich Transport Museum Partridge and DVee8 2
Split_Pin Posted April 8, 2014 Author Posted April 8, 2014 Wow that 504 is a belter! Not much to them when you see them apart like that though is there! Same for most models I guess. Nice touch on the headlights too. Junkman 1

Split_Pin Posted April 8, 2014 Author Posted April 8, 2014 .....processing man-maths chod purchase affordability model.....
dugong Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 I can heartily endorse IAINL MODEL SALES for speedy and \ or efficient service. A++++++++ WOULD USE AGAIN eddyramrod 1
Split_Pin Posted April 8, 2014 Author Posted April 8, 2014 I think the departure of 2 small Peugeot models justifies the purchase of a much bigger one! SRSLY tempted by the 1/18 504 model at that price, which is at a level you just don't see any more.
Mr Lobster Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Drop me a PM if you want one, shiters discount is available and ready The Welly stuff is pretty damn good now, we sell a lot of it and I've been really impressed with it. Just wish we could get some more of the range but it'll happen in time I dare say. Partridge and eddyramrod 2
Junkman Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 They did have a stand at the Spielwarenmesse Nürnberg though.
morris_ital_lover Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 Oooh, those looks lovely. I just bagged a 1/32 kit of a Mazda Savanna GT the other day, it is winging its way over to me right now... Junkman 1
quicksilver Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 Oxford Diecast are continuing their cavalcade of BL shite with this Mini 1275GT. It may not look as good as some of the others in this thread but remember it's only 4cm long so the photo is much bigger than actual size. Lord Sterling, morris_ital_lover, Junkman and 1 other 4
Ghosty Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 I think that's sodding impressive regardless of size. I'd love to see Oxford do a Dolomite of some sort. Hopefully available in Russet Brown...

Hopefully available in Russet Brown...Me too, a nice pov spec 1300 in Vermillion like the one I owned would go perfectly with my Fiesta. Who knows, if they've seen my photo of the Fiesta they've probably seen the Dolomite too so it might well happen.
Ratdat Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 Got some more J-plastic shite. I might have some Japanese flavoured kits going spare. You might possible have them already but if you want I'll take some pics.
Split_Pin Posted April 10, 2014 Author Posted April 10, 2014 I used to have that Nova thing, sold it recently though.
RedSparrow Posted April 10, 2014 Posted April 10, 2014 I remember that Nova and other horrors from that series being sold on bid-up tv.I hate them, sorry!
dugong Posted April 10, 2014 Posted April 10, 2014 Got some more J-plastic shite. WHY DID YOU NOT SHOW ME THIS ONE?! MASSIVE SADNESS.
Junkman Posted April 10, 2014 Posted April 10, 2014 Because it arrived after you had left for your country seat in the Midlands.
DVee8 Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 My mother works in a charity shop today she gave me these. Has anyone any info on these? Are they dealer sales to go along side your 2001 new Primera? The Primastar is still in its clear film. Bucketeer, Banger Kenny, Junkman and 1 other 4
Lord Sterling Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 ^^^^ Those were Dealer issued models available to anyone who happened to see them in the dealership. What scale are they? I've only ever seen them as 1/43. If your ever getting rid, please let me know.
DVee8 Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 Mo i have no idea what scale they are.Sorry they are going into the collection for when the kids are older, but you have first refusal. On the bottom of the boxes Primera www.jcollection-models. On the Primastar www.Norev.com france.
Pillock Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 The Primastar looks nicely detailed.... the Primera, I wouldn't know how accurate it is as I can't recall ever seeing an actual factual one of those on the road!
Split_Pin Posted April 26, 2014 Author Posted April 26, 2014 I received this beaut today, at warp speed from LOBZTA & CO. Welly have really improved their quality since I last purchased their products 7 or 8 years ago. The plastics used together with the fit and finish are vastly superior to the rather rough texture of those used previously. I'll be looking out for more Welly products as Minichamps etc are well outwith my budget these days. Banger Kenny, Mr Lobster, Skizzer and 3 others 6
