KruJoe
YES! Yours a turbot? My brother has two 205 turbo Ds for bits.... would the pump match a non-TD? Anyone know for sure?
Rocket88
Non turbo. He's the least enthuisiastic driver I've ever met, changes from 3rd to 5th to save wearing 4th out. I got him the car to replace a rust ravaged Fiesta that we virtually had to scrap from underneath him, he didn't realise the 205 had power steering 'til the pump went west......... r.welfare
Have a look on www.stuartmcguire.co.uk/pug - an online version of the Peugeot EPC. I've just had a look, and it seems to me that the TD uses a different pump (4009.17) to the non-turbo...plus I don't think there were any turbos prior to the main "facelift" (91MY). Might be worth googling Dean Hunter (Pug parts expert) and bending his ear about it.
