All but the first one are my pics from Thailand.

Any more shite pics from this trip? I'd love to see them

Thanks, Richard, I meant to post that link under the RO80 shot, I forgot!

As mentioned before, I'm in the process of bringing my main Thai spotting thread back from the dead. I've had to re-host thousands of shots and edit each post with new codes. That IS testing my memory!

Patrick Ingham's (I think he's known as 'Itassador' on here) Ambassador Vanden Plas, shamelessly stolen from his Retro Rides thread: http://retrorides.proboards.com/index.c ... read=87636

In my eyes one of the best looking cars ever produced.

I'll agree that the later Wedge ain't bad in profile - but look at that enormous front overhang! The front wheels are so close to the A-pillar...

I have recently replaced Jess from the Real Hustle with this...

Whilst taking care of the above mentioned, I rediscovered this shot, (though a chain-link fence) so today we have a new desktop!

So how do you grab a screenshot then?

Posted

That's easy, but if you like anyone else's photo, then right click on it, then "save image as..." to save it to your own computer. You'll end up with better quality that way.

I ment how do I grab a screenshot of my Desktop, I could just post the pic up I suppose............

Hit the button with "print screen" or prt sc or something like that, then open a graphics program like Paint, and paste, then save.

It's too big for Autoshite, that's all. Right click, view image, that'll show you the whole thing.

I'm surprised to see so many running backgrounds on AS, I thought we'd all be down with a plain background.

Mine is a slightly darker shade of this WT310117E.jpg

Have no 'print screen' as it's a Mac. There'll be some mad key combination that does the same thing - was just out of interest TBH - thanks anyway :)

Switch to the screen that you want to to do screen capture

Hold down Apple key + Shift + 3 and release all

then use your mouse to click on the screen

Done. You will see a picture file in at your desktop. That’s the screen capture picture

Thanks! I'd always wanted to know how it was done on a mac (though not enough to actually look it up or anything..)

So here goes:

This is mine; Luxor Hotel, Las Vegas, seen from the air. This was our 2010 wedding-anniversary trip, including the helicopter flight to the Grand Canyon and a ranch on the day itself. Here we're on the way back, they fly you down the Strip to the airport which is almost across the road from the Luxor. Which, conveniently, is where we were staying. Has to be one of the shortest drives I've ever had from picking up the rental to arriving at the first-night stop.

I had a feeling I'd seen this thread somewhere, can't believe how many pages back I had to go to find it!
