stopped at Cherwell valley services for breakfast, Greggs. 

 

 

Lots of formula 1 stuff going on round here, lots of expensive cars around here.

traditional pez shot. Forecourt ran out of petrol, only got 30ish litres in it before it went dry. 
 

 

head out to the m40, first services and boom, only a couple of pumps open. Put another 35L in to fill it. 
 

 

75 miles later and we are at Hilton park services north on m6, for more fuel and cold snacks. Fuel consumption like Lemmy. Will update later.

Yeah I had to fix the air suspension when we got there. Wasn’t working, luckily a disconnect/reconnect of the compressor reset the system and away she went. 
 

it’s driven pretty bob on all the way back. There are a few small jobs that need sorting out. Brake lights don’t work. Drivers door kept flying open, tail lights are very dim, right bank manifold is cracked and the down pipe connection is blowing. Plenty for him to be getting on with. 
 

 

as a bonus, we were sat eating cold snacks in the BMW at Hilton Park services when we heard and felt an almighty TWANG. Odd. But got all the way back to Jamie’s house before it threw the top of a spring out 25 yards from his gate. 
which we walked back for. 

 

but check this out. That steering wheel is pure class.
