If you look closely, you'll see the OE filter is still there ! Expertly* modified...

Yes, it was a good old bus that 306. 1.4 petrol, like this. Mrs S put a good few miles on it while she had it. 

+1 on this being a TOP PURCHASE. I do love a 306 and this is a lovely example.

It was ferocious on back roads, felt far more at home there! Flew along, if you gave it the beans you'd overtake anything! 

Was only when I moved to where I am now and took the m40 to work rather than b roads the power became 50/50. Too many spells of having to sit behind a lorry for a few miles as I've not got the power to bang out into l2 safely made me change. (then covid hit and it would have been the better car for the 2k a year I did for the next few years 😂🙄)

They've just removed the hot/cold air mixer duct and fitted their Wish ZOMGPERFORMANCE! filter on the inlet for the airfilter housing.🤣
