15 people liking a picture of some food? What is this friggin Facebook?

What next, some cryptic message like 'SO SAD, WON'T BELEVE WUT HAPPEND.' followed by loads of 'Inbox me hun' posts.

Made up motivational quotes next to a picture of Robert Opron?

Anyhow, good work getting this far. It looks too easy, its making me want to do it even more now.

I'd also like to add that when I went to get that photo I accidentally typed Robert Pron, which brought up loads of gay porn. 😂

Thats the story I'm telling MrsImp anyway.

Jeez - 121 likes on one post and at least 3 posts with a 70+ react count in the last 24 hours. No fugging wonder AS is so slow at the moment!

Loving your antics, hope you get a good rest and a stress-free day tomorrow.

Just a shame you’re running to a tight deadline and can’t just meander back at a more leisurely pace and enjoy the ambience fully

There's just no weight in it at all, feels like I could pick it up and lob it tbh. I doubt I could though nowadays.

This is fucking amazing.  Feels like a collective dream tbh.

Good luck with the MoT!

These are just ordinary single carriageway  cross-country roads where the limit is 90km/h (I think).

Have they got rid of the daft 80km/h limit then?  That's good news.

how much is can of le brown for the rear

About £12 I think. I'm gonna aerosol that I reckon. Had some ideas about taking the wing off to paint it with my spray gun but I think I'm gonna just paint it in situ on the drive with a can like what old giffers have done since the 1930s

540km covered today 👊

Got many aches and pains?  Or is the driving position pretty decent?

Posted

It's amazingly good actually. I get terrible back pain off lots of cars but I honestly feel fine after I get out of this. Also the drivers windowsill is the perfect height for the classic 'elbow rest' position. It's a surprisingly comfortable car. I expected the seat foam would be completely collapsed  and hopeless after like 46 years but they're ok.

Ooh now there's a thought..... Additif necessaire Monsieur Cajones?

Only 'classic car show mentals' use a lead replacement additive nowadays. This must havebeen drinking unleaded for 30 years  right? Alloy head too so I'm sure it's fine on unleaded.

The seller sounds like the sort of person that would have left some LRP wrongness in the boot if it had needed it. With an ali head I’d stick the usual SP95 in it too.
