Dude in the second bubble car looks to have the Royal Mace in there with him - so it's a getaway scene after an armed blagging at the Tower of London that's got all the way down the M4 and is on the Severn Crossing? Could be, but I reckon it's the Mayor of San Francisco's mace as the bridge looks suspiciously like the Golden Gate. Or the contraptions can fly/swim and have one hell of a range.
