If Mr eBay had defiled an actual French market 205 Rallye, then I could understand your concern. They were homologated screamers and are now very rare.

The Rallye we got was a glorified XS. TU engine, standard suspension, sticker package, nowt special. I think a GTI-6 engine in a lighter-than-a-GTI one six-shell would be fucking hilarious.

Renault strongly copied the styling from cars like Pontiac GTO. This car is proper 70’s tack. Bonnet power bulge bucket rear seats and pod dash. I have spent a lot of time making this car into a more American car. I have made a custom billet front grill. It needs some end covers making in billet (to give it a Camero front style).
