Ooh, I do like those early Preludes, they do have THE most ridiculously light steering.

Look at this wondrous pile of 1990's street furniture.

Schultzed front valance - check

Saggy hydragas - check

stripes missing from front wings (due to them being recent £14.36 Hadrian Panels replacements painted with rattle cans) - CHECKAZOID!

Perfect for an old bloke on a miserable pension circa 1992.

That Rover is great, however

Has very fast acceleration - twice the power weight distribution of the original car and that did 0-60 in 8.6 seconds

Implying that it will have half the 0-60 time of the standard car somewhat fails to take into account the extra weight

If I am not very much mistaken, and indeed I may be very much mistaken, that's Murray Walker isn't it?

If this were more local I'd be all over it like a rash.

Judging by the Stirling location and the dented front wing, I'd say that Pug is this one. I took a picture of it at the Kingshouse Hotel, Balquhidder in about May 2008. It looked quite sad and forlorn with a busted front light. Nice to see someone has put a bit of effort into it :)

Going back to that Rover - why build a car that will have double headgasket failure :?

This was my very first car. Not this actual one obviously, but one just like it. In silver. With more rust. Ahhh, good times.

Nova Pearl Necklace! Think those alloys have been added

Those alloys were actually factory fit on the Pearl. The very fetching steering wheel cover (ribbed for extra pleasure) would appear to be after-market mind.

Wonder what's in the Halfords bag? Looks like a rattle can of something or other.
