I appear to be 'high bidda' on this ropey Nurse Gladys mobile, smashing through the sella's £300 reserve.

Lots of MoT mind, plus would probably make that back once the ticket runs out with some better sales technique.

Couldn't really go wrong there. If you could be arsed to get it welded up you'd also get a result out of it if the price doesn't go up much. Ok, the MOT might have been as bent as a bottle of bananas but you'd like to think it can't have been that bad to get through fairly recently and it's not unlikely that the garage were scare mongering.

I don't remember it being so..... plus

THE ONLY DOWN SIDE FOR ALL YOU PURISTS IS THAT IT HAS BEEN PAINTED IN NONE MATALIC PAINT INSTEAD OF BASE COAT AND LACQUER

From the look of the interior, given that Ford were in their colour-coding phase, I'd imagine it started out in Gold which was pretty popular in the late 80s. I'm sure that's the only colour they'd offer you a brown interior on.

Note that the seller has been careful not to show the underneath of the bonnet and the boot, probably because they are still Gold.

Still gold like the B pillar, visible in one of the interior shots.

Hahahaha Click on the link of the Laurel and have a look at the size of the battery on it, Good job it is manual as you will probably have to bump it, seen bigger batteries on Cinquecento's.
