Shame this is in the US or it might be worth going to have a laugh at...

2518014.jpg

Rare opportunity to own a one of a kind vehicle. a 1983 Porsche 911 Limousine. This car was being built for the late Rocky Aoki the owner of the Benihana restaurants. It has a custom 959 body kit. the rear is a Targa. Has very nice custom wheels. The work that went into this car to get it to this stage is amazing. It took 2 Porsche 911's to create this one of a kind Limo. The doors all work well. the body is very clean. This car needs an engine. You can either get a nice 3. liter Porsche engine or consider a V8 conversion? The interior needs to be completed but already has many custom features. The car rolls and has a Transmission. I can email more pictures. buyer pays for all shipping. Great business opportunity. Great Limo for weddings and other events.

asking $75,000 us dollars. or best offer

At 75,000 seppo groats, surely this unspeakably ruined shed should be in "Bargains" , not the tat thread?

Thought was my car now I have steelies with winter tyres on!

Good price for that low mileage, and with a tow bar.

Sunroof will just need to & froing for a while then it'll work and WD40 the shite out of it!

Wings you can pick up for £15 in roughly the right shade - six 10mm bolts IIRC

Temp gauge won't be complicated

Cut the vents out of the front panel of an Opel GT, cut them flush into the bonnet and Voila the intercooler is a heat sink for the engine no more and works and runs full boost in the height of summer towing on the motorway and improves MPG!

Not that i've fixed any of those three ailments on mine *COUGH*

I'd like to type something in French here but can only remember calling Claire Griffiths a 'grande vache' during a lesson. She later found out what I meant and I never got to see her knockers.

*Check out the seller's other items including a brown Montego and lots of other nice looking shit.

^^^^^^^^ that is nice..... also like the cresta and zephyr he has for sale, but he seems a bit pricey

Alas not, it was 1979 and date stamps hadn't been invented.

Meanwhile I think we need another WTF!

'it was a show piece'

A show piece for what? Lego Monthly? Crufts? Dickhead Weekly?

'to break it would realise about 800 to 900 with wheels, engine, interior etc'

Good luck with that.

Hahahaha. I'm breaking a bloody VW t25 caravelle gl, and even with scene taxed OMG RARE bits and selling insane stuff like half the side of the van cut off we'll probably only just beat that without absolutely dragging the knackers out and selling every screw, bolt and trim clip we can prize off in one piece.

Not too far off, actually, with what Mini owners will pay for a 54k MG engine - £200-300. Then there's the vented discs and that - probably £50.

13" cross spokes with good tyres - £100-200 or so, depending on how good they are because the 185/55r13s are rare to a Metro owner.

MG interior - £50-100.

Weigh the rest in, £60-80.

Not £900, but not bad if it's parted out properly.

I know I'll get laughed at but I quite like that Imp-mobile (much more now than in the older pics though)

It's tongue in cheek but quite cool overall. I also like it. That said, I wouldn't buy it for £400, let alone £4k

The insurance company paid out £5000 for this, I think the owner did well out of that one (once the headache cleared).
