I HAVE ONLY JUST BOUGHT THIS CAR AND I AM BEING TRUTHFULL IN SAYING THIS, IT WAS FOR MY WIFES, 40th birthday.

 

I BOUGHT THIS CAR WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE THEN TOOK HER TO HAVE A LOOK AT IT AFTER IT HAD BEEN DELIVED TO THE GARAGE THAT DOES ALL MY ALTERATIONS TO MY CARS THAT I BUY.

 

ONLY TO BE TOLD OFF LIKE A LITTLE KID THAT THIS WAS NOT THE CAR SHE,D ASK FOR ( OR HINTED AT ) AND TO SELL IT AND GET HER THE ONE SHE,D ASKED FOR OR HINTED AT.

 

SHE POINTED OUT THAT I HAD BOUGHT THE CAR FOR MYSELF AND NOT FOR HER TO GET RID AND BUY WHAT SHED HINTED AT.

Makes you wonder just how far removed it was from the car she wanted!Bet they were out shopping one day and she said "Oh look, there's one of those new Fiat 500s, I think they are really nice wink, wink"Then matey comes home with Ed Straker's car that's been shagged by a giant ladybird. Have we had this before?

took it for an MOT last week they put it up on the ramp laughed and took it down again! It dosn't look that bad to me but what do I know I drive busses for a living

i bet they where laughig at those stoopid wheels :shock:

Now that ^^^ is frickin lovely. Totally original, faded, unmolested. £2k doesn't really seem that bad. I'd rather have that one than an immaculate restored F Type any day. The 101 is very nice as well ;)

To avoid confusion in the future, Honda/Rover collaborations should be referred to as 'Hovers'.

 

That might confuse people looking for Great Wall Hovers though

I can see one of those limo hire places over here buying one of those, then getting all narked when the first load of overweight cider-swilling bints they take out in it make the whole thing flex so much that the middle of the chassis scrapes along the road and all the windows pop out.
