Sorry - only one non-prize per spot - but I'll double your nothing if you can work out what the UK number plate is on - it looks like GAC612N or CAC612N.
Only other 'thing' I can spot is a Viva or Mk2 Cortina on the left?

I can't find any blurb on the cover but it seems most the music was recorded UK/EU and the US album tweaked in NY - so the cover art being UK created would not be a leap of faith,

I think it is GAO612N, which belonged to an orange Austin Allegro that was last taxed until 1st March 1984. Bad Attitude was released in November 1984 so it is possible.
