"Hello, Autoshite home for the terminally appalling fibreglass special.  Proprietor Mr Barrett speaking, how may I help you?"

"Just shut up and listen.  It's made in 1968.  3 litre Ford V6 in the back.  Renault suspension.  Challenging appearance.  This is the actual Paris Motor Show car.  Leave a suitcase full of money in a hollow tree trunk tonight"

"I'm on my way, even if I get a hernia from carrying the hollow tree trunk"

Never mind the weasel of pogging, I get far too excited at re-seeing this and I'm supremely jealous of the person that owns it and can't believe anyone would want to sell such an excellent example of British engineering.  Yes I reposted the picture, I don't care.

am I hallucinating or is this back on eBay again.. just over a day to go.???!

'Baron Find'

Thats a new one

Found amongst a pile of useless old tat on Baron Hardup's estate.

'Oh no it wasn't!'

'Oh yes it was!'

etc.

They'll be creaming themselves over the wheels and bodykit. It is an ex magazine car but looks shocking, I would hope the interior is perfect for that price.

It most certainly is. Since the rear side window is missing, the usual British dry-rot had no chance to do its awful deed.

I bet it's pristine.

Why not just take a picture of the drivers side instead of try to explain it in the advert. Honestly...

I'm guessing the drivers side is completely knackered, from the description and lack of pictures

The same thing crossed my mind, the other chap who was selling it never posted photos of that side either, I'm guessing that it's had a clout on the drivers side smashing the wing and knocking the door moulding off and someone's bolted a second hand replacement wing back on.

That's right, 33 and a half thousand genuine miles, not Km's, miles!

Well if it was in Kilometres it would be an even lower mileage car you Burk!

Pick a service... Any service. 14 of them to be precise

Is that all for a 25 year old car?

This would look equally at home on the Antiques Roadshow

Yeah, I am sure Fiona Bruce would be wetting herself over that!

store it in one of FOUR preset memories, put on your RayBans,
wind down the manual window and hit that favourite B road

Yeah alright calm down mate, its a poxy 1.1 festa Pop Plus FFS.

I had one of those when I lived in Dublin. Although mine had too many pedals and wasn't even able to pair some sprockets on its own, it was a darn good car. Strictly speaking it's a Carina II should anyone care.
