Disclaimer: I in no way condone or excuse buy a fucking Poxwagen, let alone a Golf, but if you can change the gearbox cheaply it may be a relatively inexpensive automatic car

This looks class for eight grand

Volvo FL7 - Picture 1 of 24

It's taxed as a private HGV, does that mean you can take the 5th wheel off and not need a Class1 licence, or whatever they're called these days?

Those tyres looking sodding huge.

Another near-a-boat-trip-to-the-seals area, I think.

Not a hatchback. What is wrong with advertisers?

Laziness and possibly stupidity...

Looks a bit too hilly and stony for the Blakeney in Norfolk. Apparently there's another in Gloucs, which I think would tally with the 'CJ' registration?

Bidding got it to about £3500 before Xmas which - honestly - is what it’s worth, especially in cold and wet January. I was bidding furiously on this and the 505 that retroshite won.

Weirdly, it was parked about ten cars from me at a show last year; I even took a photo of it. But I don’t remember that ever happening! Nice old thing, but it found its price last time.

1989 CLASSIC YAMAHA FS1-E MOPED 1-FORMER KEEPER & ORIGINAL 12900mls FROM NEW! | eBay UK

Must be some extra strong weed floating round Grimsby at the moment

'this Yamaha FS1-E'

That isn't a Yamaha FS1-E.

'£4,250'

Doesn't seem to mention where on the bike the £2,250 in cash is hidden.

Private HGV is just the tax class (cheaper but can’t be used commercially). Once it turns 40 will be free to tax anyway if non-commercial.

Licence required is category C (aka class 2). Attach a trailer and you need C+E (class 1). Fifth wheel has no bearing on it.

Early one too with pedals through floor

What an absolute revolution those vans were on introduction. Everyone of a certain age has probably driven or been in one or had something carried in one.

I did not know they started off with 'organ pedals' - interesting fact.
