Isn't that rover from the YouTube guy caruk who is finally getting sense and ridding his limited pitch of cars he thought he might eventually get round to and just stocking fast turnover, sub £5k cars?  Seems a reasonable guy.

Just found a convertible for sale from bill McGrath for £15k, so I expect that coupe is destined for parts. Nice colour though.

Hmm seats in it are XL ( other set are GXL most of parts are facelift so dash won't fit, console is Mk5 so won't fit, grill & light panels £300+

Pass door is blistering at bottom front & rear wing probably better before they started.

Gearboxes are a cologne 2.8 4 speed & a 1.3/1.6 4 speed , later you can't give away, former not much call for so probably same.

One of the 3 Astra mk3s i wrote off was that colour. But it was the 82 bhp 1.4 mpi 8v which was so much better than the 78 bhp 1.6 spi 8v which I also wrote off (which this is).  They are great cars. Simple to work on.  Not as good as the mk4 though.

I can literally feel the hair on my chest growing as I browse auto trader for them.

Either comes with a full tank of fuel or the needle is stuck in the erect position - not sure if they needed the ignition on for the fuel gauge to work in this era.

The XK8 is doing okay, I took it for a run about a week ago and since then its been hiding from the weather in my garage... Good luck with the Biturbo, looks crusty but my god its sexy isn't it?!
