I identified it but then I used to own one. 450 quid is silly cheap for a 62-plate motor mind, even an obscure Malaysian one.

Limited MOT history suggests long term slumber, perhaps that's what caused the stuck valve. I'm assuming this is a hideously expensive fix and therefore I should not even consider it?
