'1961 W111 Mercedes 220 S Heckflosse Fintail A good original car for restoration. Engine has a damaged block but included in the sale are two extra W111 220 engines. One in good working order, ready to drop in. And the other is complete but will require restoring or would be a perfect donor to rebuild the original engine. A total of 2x manual and 1x automatic working transmissions included too so you can go which way you want but the car is originally and currently fitted with manual box. Very rare and desirable car. Good bones, solid chassis. Rare sunroof model. Was dry stored from 1984 until recently. Has been outside for a few months now and has no leaks whatsoever. Will make a great resto project. Willing to negotiate price if you don’t want the extra engines (these make great modern V8 conversions if that’s your cup of tea). Not a huge project but please come and view to decide for yourself. Priced to sell at £5000'

Would you buy a car off this man though?

Not if I had a choice but if he insisted that I had to, I probably would to prevent getting my face stoved in.

*edit* You know, thinking about it I probably need to know what people can see on my profile when I'm selling a car on Facebook......

Edited to add. Sorry, I post so much on this thread I get lazy/absent minded sometimes.

No worries. Those little Peugeot's must make great first cars, judging but his profile picture.

Seller is of Polish extraction I think, well written ad and seems legit if V5 is in hand etc.

The wheels and 'port holes' mess with your head and it's probably crispier than a tramp's undercrackers, but it's still pretty ace.

'Selling my classic car this is tax and mot exempt. Bought this to do a restoration on but don't get the time. Car requires a full restoration. It is original and not been messed with. It does run ok. Possibly the Source of some very rare parts if you break it. Am open to offers...or exchange / swap. '

*Edit: Shitting hell, that's dangerously close enough to drive home.

I'm afraid theres a global shortage of justice right now!

Go on Bol, stick this up the side of your gaff and see how long it takes for the neighbours to come out and admire it.

Rare 1.4 3-door Astra (opel badged as well, presume its come from Ireland)

That 1.4 is adequate aswell, has enough go not to be annoying.  I get much more excited about these than a MK1 Focus for reasons I can't explain...probably because they always played 2nd fiddle to the blue oval effort from the start.
