Thanks Billy but not the correct spec in so many ways.

It feels quite strange to be looking at vans now that weren't even built when I had my first one, that are rustier than it ever was, and are never less than ten times the price!

I had a Black one 07 plate, Nothing special and the ride was awful and crashy  because of the suspension setup, short gearing so were pretty nippy, but really needed a 6th gear though for motorway driving.

Get on this, £1,100 spent on it last year and it still looks exactly like a 31 year old Renault.

Like a lot of BMWs, that generation of 'ordinary model' 5 series are mega disappointing. Got a lift in one once, couldn't wait to get in then couldn't wait to get out.

Used it on a couple of trackdays, was good fun. Still got the unsuitable 17" alloys from it in the shed.

Unless that AutoTrader car has had the body kit removed, Connolly leather interior swapped for cloth, and steel 15" wheels and stock height suspension fitted, it aint a Sport.
