Great spot egg, my sister had a 99 T reg Bravo HLX with the 1.6 100 16v and it used to go like the clappers! Wish I could have this myself. The HLX has heated front seats btw ideal if you get stuck in the possible omg snow chaos.

Front Headlamps need adjusting

Middle section of exhaust needs repair
Wheel bearing rough when rotated Offside front

Well that's actually quite useful info. £270, Canterbury. Too expensive, it needs to be scrap value.

Is the car in the shed a VW type 3 fastback?

Didn't you go to Alton to collect that? No idea why I remember that btw.

Yes I did actually - I'd forgotten that myself, so feck knows how you remembered!

One of the most expensive cars you could buy back then, now yours for under 3 grand, or 250 quid per cylinder:

My thoughts exactly. I bought a new gunsight last year when mine fell off when washing it. £44 from Mercedes I think, and £12 for a cheap copy on eBay.

Pre 1980 has been NCT exempt for years (2010?) It's obviously been here years (the black metal plates are a giveaway)

There's no good reason somebody hasn't spent €200 on vrt; it's been 30 a decade at this stage

Wonder what it's MOT history is like

The MoT History is littered with advisories about corrosion and heavy underseal. Seems to have had a fair few fails since 2006.

This is near me, and more than likely just needs a crankshaft sensor. But as it has already been bid to near Cartakeback value, suggests other people more able to solve it than me think the same.

Buy it, then purchase a Puma 1.7 off someone* and lob the engine from that into Fiesta.
