It sure is. The prospective buyer must have had ages to pay as this was first advertised ages ago. Perhaps the seller's rather frustrated sounding comments give a clue as to why the buyer backed out. There was one of these at Staplefield on the London to Brighton a couple of years ago and I spent ages drooling over it. I later saw it driving off and it made the most amazing sound. Worth finding the YouTube clip of two old boys taking another one for a spin...the gear change half way through is fantastic.

 

(That reminds me....London to Brighton is next weekend...)
