I saw a Lexus/Toyota Soarer of a similar date at the garage today when I was washing the birdshit off my Citroen. Similar looks without the worry - it looked cool  - 4-litre v8 or 2.5 turbo. Both circa 150mph.

£50 per cylinder once you’ve taken advantage of his ‘ono’ deal.

No better time to buy a Stearling (sic)

Not one, but TWO Cosmos, near me, and I'm not going to look at them ... I might* have gotten sensible in my old age.

Funny, your Lancia avatar is the exact shape of a Wankel rotor. I seem to recall that some of these Cosmos packed a 20B triple-rotor - or possibly that was a Hurley Engineering conversion.

The 13B is a lovely engine - I had it in the Ro80.

Several years ago now, I drove my friend’s SM for a little bit, it gave me heartburn and anxiety! It’s for sale for £30k I think. Which will be a damn site cheaper than restoring this one.

Two Eunos Cosmos for 5k? Holy crap, must resist!! Someone will get an absolutely brilliant deal there. Not sure about the manual conversion tho. It would get rid of one big source of concern but probably introduce multiple others, and it might slightly improve the absolutely abysmal fuel economy numbers you are getting from them. I'd probably wanna keep a car like this as original as possible. And yes, there was the triple rotor 20b available in these, the only production car with such an engine and even worse fuel economy (probably mostly staying in the single digits).

Now then, this isn’t mine or anything to with me, aside from a deep desire to own it. It’s on a trade car sales pitch in Oldham. It’s got 66,000 miles on it, a longish M.O.T and is in really nice condition. No saggy headlining and has had one owner from new apart from being pre registered at longbridge. There is a bit of lacquer rash on one wing the size of a beer mat and dicky step motor which the seller said he’d fix before sale. There is no rust on it anywhere as I can see! Sunroof on it is working fine and it’s bone dry inside. It’s peachy. He’s asking £850 for it but he’s an old fashioned dealer, so there might be room to haggle. I really want this, but I really, really can’t. Just thought it’d go down well on here. attachicon.gifEEC1E001-C14F-4482-8FC7-5C38881693E9.jpegattachicon.gifA2A6DE39-2350-4372-9949-F3FD67626A53.jpeg

His number is 07973 215384.

Really want someone on here gets it, as I really want it when my circumstances are more suited, although I think who ever gets it will be holding on to it somehow!

Bloody lovely.

Super nice.  No reversing sensors tow bar though.

That is absolutely gorgeous.

These are the bollox - I will have one, just not right now

Fantastic looking machines these

I'd love to get that Rolls Royce, trowel gobbo into those arches, not sand it down at all then paint it white. But make a really bad job, not mask bits of it off. Then fit a set of part worn van tyres to it. Interior wise a few rips repaired with parcel tape or duct tape would look good and a vinyl roof done badly would look good. Autoshite weddings.
